dc.description.abstractThis paper describes the New Hire Orientation program at the South Carolina Judicial Department. The scope of this project is to evaluate SCJD's current NHO efforts agency-wide and by individual employees and hiring managers, and identify opportunities for development of a comprehensive onboarding program. Research on best practices and NHO data will be used in development of recommendations for the design and implementation of the onboarding program.
