Teach For America was first implemented in South Carolina in school year 2011-12. In April of 2013 the Education Oversight Committee staff, in collaboration with Teach For America South Carolina staff, designed an online survey consisting of twenty-two questions to be administered to the first cohort who were in the process of completing the second year of their two-year commitment.
