This is a report from the Education Oversight Committee pursuant to Provisos 1.83. and 1A.34. of the 2013-14 General Appropriation Act. This is a preliminary report that: 1. Documents the expansion of CDEPP in Fiscal Year 2013-14. The EOC will provide additional information on the program in July of 2014; 2. Updates the projections for the number of at-risk four-year-olds in each school district and the number of at-risk four-year-olds served in a publicly funded program using available information; 3. Analyzes the results of the 2013 administration of the Palmetto Assessment of State Standards (PASS) and the academic achievement of students who had previously participated in CDEPP; and 4. Proposes a framework for a longitudinal evaluation of the program.Collections
