RSS 1.0State Accident Fund
The South Carolina State Accident Fund provides workers' compensation insurance coverage for public employees. The General Assembly created the State Workers' Compensation Fund in 1943 as a division within the South Carolina Industrial Commission. It became a separate agency in 1974 and was renamed in 1993.
