Description
The LSTA Five Year Plan created by the South Carolina State Library establishes goals and priorities for the expenditure of LSTA funds in and for libraries in South Carolina consistent with the purposes of LSTA. The State Library uses LSTA funds to support statewide initiatives and services, and may distribute them through sub-grant competitions as determined by local and statewide needs.Collections
