Abstract
The project goal was to build the capacity for food sovereignty within Native American tribes in South Carolina. The objectives were two-fold: to develop community food project plans with tribes that includes both plans for individual tribes and a coordinated statewide plan driven by the individual tribal plans and to identify capacity-building limitations and assets for implementing the plans.
