Abstract
The Office of Federal and State Accountability must diligently work with LEA programmatic and fiscal offices to ensure that federal funds are utilized in accordance with the Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA). All federally funded activities must meet 1) program specific requirements and guidance, 2) the US Office of Management and Budget Uniform Administrative Regulations, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (known as the "UGG"), and 3) South Carolina specific requirements and guidance.
