Abstract
Colleton County Council members who are also customers and, therefore, members of Coastal Electric Cooperative Inc. do not have a conflict of interests in substance or by appearance that would preclude participation in voting upon a Colleton County initiative to purchase real property from Coastal Electric Cooperative, Inc.
