Abstract
Members of the General Assembly asked the Legislative Audit Council to conduct an audit of the S.C. Aeronautics Commission. The audit objectives for this audit were to: review the structure of the S.C. Aeronautics Commission and
determine if alternative structures could achieve efficiencies; review the S.C. Aeronautics Commission’s administration of grants and contracts for outside services; review meetings of the S.C. Aeronautics Commission to determine
compliance with law and best practices.
