Abstract
A design field review is the process in which the project team reviews the design of a project at the field site during the design phase. The review typically happens on the project site as a meeting with all subject matter experts. The goal of the DFR is to identify major issues and make revisions early in the project development process. This project exams how the agency could benefit from a more standardized process for DFR meetings to ensure all aspects of the project are discussed and documented to identify potential issues as early as possible during the development of a project.
