Abstract
The Forest Service is authorized to loan property to State Foresters under cooperative agreements. The Forest Service retains ownership of the property and must account for the property by regular inventory. The purpose of this review is to highlight achievements as well as identify issues and opportunities that require additional attention in order that actions may be taken to strengthen the programs.
