Abstract

The purpose of this regulation is to establish minimum criteria under the South Carolina Solid Waste Policy and Management Act, S.C. Code Ann. Sections 44-96-10 et seq. (1976 Code as amended), and all applicable federal regulations, for all industrial solid waste landfill (ISWLF) facilities. These minimum criteria ensure the protection of human health and the environment.
