Abstract
This executive order by Governor John C. West issues an executive agreement seeking the temporary transfer of John Cameron, presently confined in the penal system of the State of South Carolina to the temporary custody of Sheriff R. D. Revelle of Duplin County, North Carolina, for February 15 and February 16 in order that he might visit his dying mother at the Clinton Memorial Hospital in Clinton, North Carolina.
