Regulation 61-107.15 solid waste management: land application and solid waste

Abstract
The purpose of this regulation is to establish appropriate application rates, frequency of application, and monitoring requirements for the uniform surface spreading or mechanical incorporation of nonhazardous solid waste on, or into, soil that is being used for agricultural, silvicultural and horticultural production. This regulation also applies to the application of solid waste on land that is being reclaimed to enhance its aesthetic value or to reduce environmental degradation. The land application of non-hazardous solid waste shall be for beneficial agricultural, silvicultural and horticultural purposes and not used as a means of disposal.
