Abstract
This annual report, from SC Works, reports statistics from services such as career guidance, job referrals, and testing and training to meet the needs of job seekers, employers, and those looking to further their careers. South Carolina’s workforce development system is comprised of a number of employment and training programs, services, and resources. These workforce development efforts are administered by various state agencies, local workforce investment boards, technical colleges, adult education programs, community-based organizations, and other workforce-related entities. In delivering employment and training programs, workforce system partners are helping to create a competitive workforce advantage for South Carolina that will improve the prosperity of businesses and the lives of South Carolinians.
