Abstract
This study is an analysis of the Department of Administration Office of Human Resources’ policies relating to the Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993. Its goal is to improve employees’ knowledge and access to the policies and procedures which govern the administration of the Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993, Americans with Disabilities Act related leave and accommodations and Workers Compensation.
