Abstract
This executive order by Governor Henry McMaster orders that the flags atop the State Capitol Building be lowered to half-staff on Sunday, November 18, 2018, in honor of Elizabeth Johnston Patterson, daughter of former Governor and United States Senator Olin DeWitt Johnston, who served the State of South Carolina as a member of the Spartanburg County Council, South Carolina Senate, and United States House of Representatives representing the State’s Fourth Congressional District.
