Abstract
This plan for the Recovery Housing Program contains the statement of need, geographic distribution, populations, resources, administrative summary, anticipated outcomes, and expenditure plans to help individuals achieve and maintain recovery from substance use disorders. The program will enhance physical and psychological safety through supportive transitional housing and short-term housing assistance and assist the public by improving their well-being through linkage to an array of wrap-around support services.
