Abstract
This executive order by Governor Henry McMaster orders that the flags atop state buildings be lowered to half-staff from sunrise until sunset on Friday, April 5, 2024, in honor of the passing of Firefighter Michael Douglas Vinson of the Laurens County Fire Department who died in the line of duty.
