Orangeburg County South Carolina Brownfield Sites Assessment

Abstract
The James E. Clyburn University Transportation Center (JECUTC), a unit of South Carolina State University, a state land-grant institution, in collaboration with the Environmental Policy Institute (EPI) housed within JECUTC, proposes to conduct an assessment of the brownfield sites in Orangeburg County, South Carolina. The primary goal of this assessment is to collaborate with community stakeholders to identify how the sites may be sustainably redeveloped to promote public health, safety, economic activity, and the environment.
