Abstract
This is a comprehensive evaluation of the state's transportation system. The Plan is comprised of seven primary elements including: Bridge Needs and Maintenance, Interstate Plan, Public Transit Plan and Human Services Transportation
Coordination Plans, Metropolitan Planning Organization and Councils of Governments Plans, Railroad Right-of-Way Preservation Inventory, Safety Plan, and the Statewide Strategic Corridor Plan. The Plan provides recommendations for investment in transportation facilities through the year 2030.
