Abstract
Santee Cooper is pleased to offer its 2026 Smart Energy Existing Homes (SEEH) Rebate Program (“Rebate Program” or “Program”). The Program promotes the implementation of high energy-efficiency measures. Rebates promoted through this Program aim to reduce Santee Cooper customers’ incremental cost to upgrade and install high-efficiency equipment over standard-efficiency options. This manual outlines the requirements for the 2026 Rebate Program Year. This Rebate Program is available beginning December 1, 2025, and ending November 30, 2026.
