Abstract
This executive order by Governor John C. West agrees to arrange transportation and escort of prisoner Robert Wayne O'Donald, to the Eighth Judicial Circuit, State of South Carolina, for the purpose of standing trial on charges of Housebreaking and Grand Larceny, and to return him to the Louisiana State Penitentiary upon the demand of the Governor of Louisiana, with all expenses incidental to carrying out the terms of this agreement to be borne by the State of South Carolina.
