Abstract
This project proposal focuses on the performance improvement of one specific area of SCDMV, Customer Service Delivery's Contact Center. The research, analysis, and suggested strategies outlined in this project will increase service level, efficiency and effectiveness of the Contact Center, Customer Service Delivery, and assist in supporting and achieving the overall mission, vision, values, goals, and objectives for the Department of Motor Vehicles.
