Abstract
This executive order by Governor Henry McMaster orders that the flags atop the State Capitol Building be lowered to half-staff from sunrise until sunset on Tuesday, May 30, 2023, in honor of the passing of Luther T. Reynolds, former Chief of Police of the Charleston Police Department.
