Abstract
The purpose of this annex is to provide public health and safety by supporting operations for the continuity of the public water supply (potable and non-potable), sewer facilities, waste disposal, public facilities and physical structures as needed ; coordinate engineering resources and expertise ; provide accurate damage assessments and coordinate other state resources required response operations and for the support of safety evaluations.
