Abstract
Members of the county advisory boards who are service providers are not prohibited by Section 8-13-730 from serving on that Board, however, they are advised to follow the procedures of Section 8-13-700(B) on matters affecting their economic interests. They are prohibited from having an interest in a contract if they are authorized to perform an official function regarding such contracts.
