Abstract
This report summarizes the activities and associated work products of the SC Broadband Office. The proviso creating the SCBBO included several provisions, one of which is the production of this annual report to the General Assembly with recommendations for which legislative, regulatory, or other governmental actions are appropriate to promote broadband access throughout the State. The principal goal of the SCBBO is to expand broadband access in South Carolina.
