Abstract
This regulation intends to establish procedures for the disbursement of solid waste management grants, recycling education grants, and waste tire grants to local governments or regions for solid waste management and recycling education in accordance with the intent of the legislature; to assist local governments, regions, and public school districts in meeting the requirements of the Solid Waste Policy and Management Act of 1991 (Act 63).
