Abstract
The South Carolina Department of Administration has developed three broad phases for returning employees to the workplace. These phases and the guidance on each phase are based on the information available at the time of this memorandum and may need to be altered based on future guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control.
