Abstract
Included in the Appropriations Act of 2021-22, Proviso 1.104(B) directs the South Carolina Department of Education to submit recommendations to the Senate Finance Committee and the House Ways and Means Committee establishing guidelines to disburse state funding for local school district infrastructure needs by December 31, 2021. The guidelines are to include “award criteria, conditions for the awards and any match requirements.”
