Abstract
This executive order by Governor Henry McMaster declares that an emergency exists in the State of South Carolina and suspends the federal rules and regulations that establish certain registration, permitting, length, width, weight, load, and hours of service requirements for motor carriers, commercial vehicles, and drivers responding to the declared emergencies in connection with Hurricane Dorian.
