Abstract
The South Carolina Department of Transportation Geotechnical Design Manual has been developed to provide uniform practices for the agency's designers to complement the mission of SCDOT by providing for safe, economical, effective and efficient geotechnical designs. These bulletins are corrections, additions, revisions and updates to the manual.
