Abstract
The purpose of this student guide is to provide a single-source document outlining policies and
procedures for students reporting to and attending BLC. All students must carefully read this guide; students are
responsible for being familiar with the contents of this guide within 24 hours after arrival at the NCOA. Failure to
comply with Army policies, Academy policies, and procedures could result in an early release from the
Academy.
