Abstract
This project is to research, identify, and recommend interstate traffic capacity trigger levels at which significant traffic congestion, slow-downs, and associated problem queing occurs and basic rapid response actions and decisions need to be made an to establish a process that can be implemented to monitor and flag these and initiate appropriate SCDOT action.
