Abstract
Rubble of destroyed mill building and beams in Belton, SC / men move debris from area of collapsed structures / men stand around in pile of debris as if not knowing what to do next / VS families and citizens look at destroyed houses, with some possessions standing intact and others sticking out of rubble; part of a tree trunk lies across one pile of rubble / two men and a woman sit on chairs on dirt with items pulled out of rubble / pieces of cloth dangling in tree limbs / men tinker with a piano standing in a pile of debris / woman walks in partly damaged house, with wall and ceiling gone but evidence of a room remaining.
