Abstract
This report provides an overview and accompanying graphs displaying the summary data for diseases or conditions that are reportable by law in South Carolina. The purpose of this report is to provide healthcare organizations and providers,
government and regulatory agencies, and other concerned individuals and groups with important statistical information about potentially preventable diseases and conditions. Data in this report reflect diseases and conditions acquired by South Carolina residents only and include diseases and conditions contracted by South Carolina residents while traveling outside the state.
