2009 South Carolina high school youth risk behavior survey report, grades nine through twelve

South Carolina State Department of Education
Abstract
The Youth Risk Behavior Survey distributed in the spring of 2009 was completed by 1,108 South Carolina high school students. The results of the survey reveal that a significant percentage of the state’s adolescents engage in behaviors that place them at risk for serious health problems—a situation warranting broad-based and strategically targeted interventions.
