Abstract
The fiscally constrained 2030 interstate long range plan was developed to address the greatest interstate maintenance and capacity needs within the current program budget. The constrained plan shows the complete construction of five of the top nine current interstate widening needs and five of the needed interchange reconstruction projects in South Carolina by 2030. The plan also includes the design budget for the three previously discusses “mega” projects.
