Abstract
The objective of this audit report is to determine whether internal controls are adequately designed and operating effectively for providing reasonable assurance that employee benefit change transactions are processed accurately and timely and the accumulator report used to detect benefit change errors is reconciled monthly to minimize accumulated benefit underpayments.
