Abstract
A disaster or any emergency may severely damage State and local civil transportation infrastructure, such as damaged roads, bridges, airports, port services and maritime operations, pipelines and railways. The purpose of this annex is to coordinate transportation assets and infrastructure essential to support all phases of emergency management ; coordinate public transportation to temporarily replace or augment transportation services affected in a disaster area.
