Abstract
This Stewardship and Oversight Plan outlines the roles and responsibilities of both FHWA and SCDOT in the accomplishment of oversight and administration of Federal-aid Highway Projects and Programs. The purpose of the Plan is to provide guidance in clarifying actions, preventing misinterpretations, and avoiding delays. This Plan includes stewardship responsibilities for various programs with identified actions by each agency.
