Abstract
Renewal will open on April 1, 2024. CE Broker operates as the Board’s clearinghouse for monitoring and auditing continuing education (“CE”) for licensees. Following the 2024 renewal, the Board will use CE Broker to conduct a 100% CE audit for all funeral director, embalmer, and dual funeral director/embalmer licensees. This means that all aforementioned licensees will be audited to ensure they have complied with the CE requirements for renewal. The Board’s Continuing Education page, https://llr.sc.gov/fs/ce.aspx, contains information on CE requirements, reporting instructions, and where to find Board-approved courses.
