Abstract
The South Carolina State Housing Finance and Development Authority’s mission is to place South Carolinians in safe and affordable housing through many of its programs and services offered to the citizens of South Carolina. One way SC Housing meets its mission is by offering a variety of affordable mortgage options to first-time homebuyers in the state. The purpose of
this project is to prove and support the need for a uniform method or system to produce an accurate forecasting model which integrates market data, life of loan valuation figures and the ability to forecast information in order to actively manage the
cash flow and margin targets for our single family loan products.
