Abstract
Management’s objective with IT Asset Lifecycle Management is to ensure the effective and efficient management of all IT assets throughout their lifecycle, from acquisition to disposal, in order to maximize the asset’s value, minimize risks, and support organizational goals and objectives. Observations, recommendations, and management action plans are developed and discussed with SCDOT Executive Leaders.
