Abstract
This project examines how to engage strategic enhancements to the Outreach Request Portal (ORP) and training resources to improve the quality of request submissions, reduce lost time for program and Public Outreach staff, and establish transparency in request progress along project initiation/production timeline ultimately resulting in increased productivity for program staff and the Public Outreach team at DHEC.
