Abstract
This executive order by Governor John C. West declares April 12, 1972 as an official day of mourning for the late James Francis Byrnes and that the normal operation of all state departments and agencies be suspended from 11:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. out of respect to the memory of the late Mr. Byrnes.
