Abstract
This executive order by Governor Henry McMaster orders that the flag on the State Capitol be lowered to half-staff from sunup to sunset on Sunday, August 4, 2024, in honor of Judge Michael S. Holt who served as a Circuit Court Judge for the Fourth Judicial Circuit of South Carolina from 2021 until the time of his passing.
