Abstract
Due to the hazardous driving conditions caused by a winter storm, state government offices delayed opening on January 14, 2015. Governor Nikki Haley grants leave with pay to state employees in Fairfield and Lancaster Counties for the hours missed due to the delayed opening of State offices.
