Abstract
The purpose of this regulation is to establish minimum criteria under the South Carolina Solid Waste
Policy and Management Act of 1991, as amended, for all municipal solid waste incinerator ash landfill
(MSWIALF) units. These minimum criteria ensure the protection of human health and the environment.
